የሳይላዚንና የፌንታንየል መድኃኒቶች ድብልቅ ተጠቃሚዎች ለሞት በሚያደርስ የመድኃኒት መመረዝ የመጠቃት አጋጣሚያቸው ከፍ ያለ ነው። ዛይለዚን ኦፒዮድ ስላልሆነ ናሎክሰን (ናርካን) የሚያስከትለውን ውጤት አይቀይረውም። በተጨማሪም ዛይላዚን የያዙ መድኃኒቶችን የሚወጉ ሰዎች፣ የሰውነት መበስበስን ጨምሮ ከባድ ቁስል ሊደርስባቸው ይችላል፤ ይህ ደግሞ ወደ መቆረጥ ሊመራ ይችላል::
