All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by our members to Akukulu Family LLC under this agreement constitute Confidential Information regardless of whether such information was provided before or after the date of the appointments via Zoom or phone meetings. Akukulu Family LLC will not share members’ information to third parties.
