As per Akukulu Family LLC Terms and Conditions. Auto-renewal subscription terms are based on its monthly service fees that involve online sign-up and stated PayPal payment terms. Akukulu Family LLC reserves the right to cancel membership. A member has the right to cancel membership and refund is per PayPal policy.
Consultancy Services and Mentorship & Tutoring Programs are pay for services with payments due upon bookings.
Terms and Conditions
- If applicable, Services Require Membership Registrations & Fees
- Membership subscriptions are automatically renewed
- Submit all Informational Session Requests on Membership Dashboard Messages
- Consultancy Services are by appointment bookings
- Appointment Sessions are via phone calls or Zoom meetings
- Prepare all necessary documents and information needed before appointment
- Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- 50% Refund for less than "24 hour" cancellations
- The cost of the bookings is only for assigned times
- No refund once the appointment session started
Confidentiality Agreement
- All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by our members to Akukulu Family LLC under this agreement constitute Confidential Information regardless of whether such information was provided before or after the date of the appointments via Zoom or phone meetings. Akukulu Family LLC will not share members' information to third parties.
- All personal and financial information will be destroyed after the booking sessions completed. Akukulu Family does not store personal or financial information.
